As a core member of both the executive and leadership teams, he’s been instrumental in developing a suite of services tailored to the needs of ultra-high-net-worth families, grounded in purpose and relationship.
His journey at TFO began by stepping into leadership early, helping launch and manage a life insurance affiliate before transitioning into wealth management and firm leadership. Today, Jim focuses his time between guiding client families and contributing to strategic leadership—while never losing sight of the values that make TFO special.
