While in the Haworth College of Business at Western Michigan University, I truly had no idea which career path I wanted to pursue. I had always been interested in business, but the spectrum is so large – the options were limitless. It was not until after an internship at a Large National bank in Washington D.C I knew wealth management was a space I wanted to work in.
I chose TFO for a few reasons. The first being the tight knit culture and family feel of the organization. After having a short experience within a large firm, I knew that a more personable organization would be the best fit for me. Secondly, my goals align with TFO’s – being passionate for helping others first, and doing it in an honest and intelligent way.
Knowing that everyday when I come to work, I am going to have the opportunity to help individuals and families achieve goals and objectives that will allow them to spend less time worrying and more time enjoying those special moments with those most important to them.
Being fortunate enough to have had the resources to attend Western Michigan University and be able to graduate with degrees in Finance and Management.
My parents are my biggest influences. Being able to grow up and watch how they operate and provide for my siblings and I is something I can never thank them enough for. Learning many valuable lessons along the way, knowing that one day I want to be able to do the same for my family down the road.
