My journey into wealth management grew out of a desire to help people build lives of freedom and purpose. Having spent a decade working at churches in pastoral ministry, I witnessed the transformation that comes when people engage with their purpose, as well as how money influences marriages, families, and personal peace of mind. Combining the skills I developed in my career with my strong interest in finance, I transitioned into wealth management to help families align their financial lives with their values and goals.
I have always been drawn to organizations that are intentional about their culture and values. From the start, it was clear that TFO is purposeful in who they are and the positive impact they want to make. Their mission of helping families connect wealth with purpose resonates with me because I believe thriving families create positive ripples in the lives of individuals and throughout the community.. The team here embodies that mission in both their work and character, which is why I wanted to contribute to what TFO is building.
What excites me most about this work is the opportunity to add value to others. Playing a role in someone taking a step toward their purpose and potential is highly motivating to me. I find it fulfilling to walk alongside people as they strengthen and improve various aspects of their lives.
When I reflect on my career, what stands out most are the relationships I’ve built and the opportunities I’ve had to share in people’s journeys. I have also loved being part of incredible teams, working together to accomplish something greater than ourselves.
My proudest accomplishments are my marriage to my wife, Alyssa, and the family we are building with our two daughters. They are constant sources of joy, motivation, and purpose in my life.
I have been fortunate throughout my life to be surrounded by high-caliber people who have believed in me and invested in my growth. Standing out are my wife, my parents, and key mentors. They have strengthened my faith in God, shaped my character, and inspired my desire to make a positive difference. Their example continues to guide how I live, lead, and serve.
