With my initial start in the banking industry, I quickly discovered that there was more to what I was doing than assisting clients with their banking needs. I began looking for a way that I could help people financially but on a broader scale. Finding my way to TFO allowed me to do just that. I was able to assist with our clients’ current needs as well as helping to prepare for their needs in the future and the needs of future generations.
Prior to TFO, I worked in the banking industry. My former boss, Michelle Salsburg, worked at TFO and told me about an opening on the New Accounts and Service Team. One of my favorite aspects of my job at the bank was assisting my customers with processing their transactions and making sure their needs were met. The role offered at TFO allowed me to do that and so much more.
I love the variety in what I do. I am able to think outside the box to find the best solution for our clients while making sure they have the best experience possible.
There is no one specific experience that is most rewarding, but I am passionate about being able to grow within TFO and in my position.
Being a mom to my son’s Mark and Daniel. I absolutely love watching them grow up and witnessing their accomplishments. Being able to successfully do that while working a full -time job alongside my husband who runs his own businesses is the best feeling.
My parents were a significant influence for me. They instilled the values of working hard while still focusing on family and those around me. They taught me to not take anything for granted along with staying humble and levelheaded. In addition, my husband and children are also significant influences. They help push me to continue doing my best and to be a better person each day. Their continuous belief in me and what I can do encourages me to tackle any task given to me.
