The path that led me to wealth management was the opportunity to contribute to an HR department with a firm that not only shares my personal values but also practices those values with their employees, clients, and through service in the community.
TFO is a company with which I have had personal and professional connections for many years. I was brought in as a temporary consultant to help review and organize the HR department, and I had no idea that I would end up in a permanent position. Getting to know the strong leadership, team members, and company values made it an easy decision, and I am thrilled to be here.
I am most excited to be a part of a culture that is welcoming and encouraging new ideas and different ways of doing things. TFO is constantly on top of innovation, improvement, and strategy to provide positive and meaningful experiences to their clients and team members.
Having a 25-year career in Human Resources, there have been many rewarding experiences, but one of the most rewarding is working with TFO,where I can utilize my experience, along with learning and embracing new ways of doing things. I have realized how much I can still learn and grow in my profession from working with the team here.
I am most proud of my husband, Brad, and raising my children, Ally and Sam. Raising a family is the most important job that anyone could have. I pride myself on being a role model for my children as they continue to grow and establish their own character and values.
As a Cancer Survivor, I am incredibly grateful to those in the medical profession who canhelp families navigate through serious health conditions. Witnessing so many other cancer fighters AND survivors has been the most inspirational part of my life.
