What path led you to wealth management?

I started my sales career at Nestle USA. My sister, who worked for Manulife (John Hancock) in Boston, suggested I look into getting into the retirement business. I was interested in 401(k) plans and the wonders of compound interest, and I pursued an opportunity at the Chicago Manulife office as a participant communication specialist. Once I started in the retirement business, I knew this was the industry I wanted to be in.

After meeting with TFO members, I felt I could fit in and add value to the firm. I like the retirement plan department’s approach to retirement plans and the products and investments offered to clients.
