What path led you to wealth management?

I have a degree in accounting and out of college I thought I wanted to be a CPA. After working for a public accounting firm, I realized that ultimately, it was not for me. I had heard about TFO and their mission and knew that what they work towards each and every day is something I wanted to attach myself to.

Why did you join TFO Wealth Partners?

My older brother worked for TFO Wealth Partners, and he had always told me great things about their mission and people. I also met Cleves at a wedding where he convinced me to apply and go through the interview process. Ultimately, I was blessed to join the firm.

What most excites you about your work?

I would say getting to see how we impact clients and seeing their wealth plan all the way through. Being able to help prepare materials, sit in on client meetings, and be involved in helping our clients connect wealth and purpose has been extremely rewarding.

What has been your most rewarding career experience?

Simply put, how much I have been able to learn in such a short time. Everyone who works here is so knowledgeable, hardworking, and committed to the firm’s mission, and I have been taught so many different things already in my short time here.

What personal accomplishments are you most proud of?

I have run a sub five-minute mile. It was a big goal I had a few years ago. I am no longer a great runner but being able to set a clear and measurable goal, and then accomplishing that goal, makes you feel good about the effort you put in.

What are some of your life's biggest influences?

I would say the biggest influences would be my family and my faith. I am lucky to have parents and siblings who care so much about me. My parents are incredibly selfless, hardworking, and caring. I have a lot of respect for them and the way they handle life. My faith is also a big influence on me. I wouldn’t be the person I am today without those things.
