What path led you to wealth management?

My path into wealth management began with a desire to serve others in a meaningful and organized way. I have always been drawn to roles that require precision, professionalism, and a heart for helping people. Joining the wealth management industry allowed me to combine those strengths in an environment where trust, stewardship, and long-term relationships matter deeply.

Supporting our Executive VP and serving our clients has given me a strong appreciation for the impact thoughtful planning and sound financial guidance can have on families. Being part of a team that helps clients pursue clarity and confidence in their financial lives is both rewarding and motivating to me. I am grateful to contribute behind the scenes to ensure our clients receive exceptional service and care.

What most excites you about your work?

What excites me most about my work is knowing the details matter. Behind every calendar, meeting preparation, and client interaction is a family placing their trust in our team. I find great fulfillment in creating structure and organization that allows our advisers to focus fully on serving clients well.

What has been your most rewarding career experience?

One of the most rewarding aspects of my career has been growing into a role where I can serve as a trusted support to leadership while also helping enhance the client experience. Being able to anticipate needs, bring organization to complex schedules, and ensure meetings and communications run seamlessly has been incredibly fulfilling.

What personal accomplishments are you most proud of?

I am most proud of my faith and the foundation it provides in every area of my life. It shapes how I approach my work, relationships, and personal growth, grounding me in integrity, perseverance, and purpose.

Professionally, I am proud of the growth I have experienced in stepping into roles that require greater responsibility, discretion, and leadership support. Continuing to pursue excellence while remaining dependable and detail-oriented is something I value deeply.

Personally, completing a half-marathon stands out as a meaningful accomplishment. It required discipline, commitment, and mental resilience – qualities that translate into both my career and daily life. Crossing that finish line was a reminder that consistent effort over time produces results.

Overall, I am most proud of the person I am continually becoming – someone committed to growth, faith, and serving others well.

What are some of your life's biggest influences?

My faith is the greatest influence in my life. It shapes my perspective, decisions, and the way I strive to serve others – with integrity, humility, and excellence.

My husband, James, is my biggest supporter and one of my strongest influences. His encouragement, steady presence, and belief in me have played a significant role in my personal and professional growth. Having someone who consistently challenges me to pursue growth while also celebrating the journey alongside me is a gift I never take for granted.

My family and the leaders I have worked alongside throughout my career have also shaped who I am. Their example of perseverance, discipline, and thoughtful leadership continues to inspire me to raise my own standard and approach each responsibility with care.
